Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Peptyde ("App"), or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Peptyde ("Peptyde," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Peptyde. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide the App to users under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.

Peptyde is a personal tracking application that allows users to log peptide doses, manage protocols and schedules, track injection sites and side effects, manage inventory, and access AI-assisted information features. The App is intended for personal informational and tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing in the App, including AI-generated responses, peptide library content, dose logging features, or any other content, constitutes medical advice. Peptyde does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or professional health guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health protocol. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

To access certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate information during registration. • Keep your login credentials secure. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@peptyde.app. • Not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Peptyde offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. • Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we do not store payment card information. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. • Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the App to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Distribute, transmit, or upload malware, viruses, or harmful code. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App. • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App in an automated manner. • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation. • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the personal data and content you enter into the App, including dose logs, notes, and tracking entries ("User Content"). By entering User Content, you grant Peptyde a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the App as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of User Content you enter. Peptyde does not verify, validate, or endorse any User Content.

Peptyde includes AI-powered features, including PepBot, which provides general informational responses based on your queries. Important limitations: • AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. • AI features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. • Do not rely on AI responses to make decisions about your health, dosing, or protocols. • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content. Your messages to PepBot may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Peptyde and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent. Your use of the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The App integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply independently. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Links or integrations with third-party services do not constitute endorsement.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that: • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free. • Any content or data will be accurate or complete. • Defects will be corrected. • The App or its servers are free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties; in such cases, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptyde and its officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, health outcomes, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptyde and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the App. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation. • Any content you submit through the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@peptyde.app. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be accessible within the App and at this page. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptyde regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
