Peptyde is owned and operated by Peptyde ("Peptyde," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use Peptyde and its related services. By creating an account, using the App, or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Plain Language Summary: • We collect account information, subscription information, device information, and health-related tracking information you enter. • We use this information to operate the App, sync your data, provide tracking tools, manage subscriptions, improve the App, maintain security, and respond to support requests. • We do not currently sell your personal information or health data. • We do not currently share your personal information for targeted advertising. • We do not currently use your personal health data to train Peptyde-owned AI models. • You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Account Information We may collect your name, email address, authentication provider (Apple or Google), account ID, profile photo URL, and basic account settings. Onboarding Information We may collect information you provide during onboarding, such as goals, preferences, peptide experience, and settings, to personalise your App experience. User-Entered Tracking Data Peptyde may collect health-related tracking data you choose to enter, including peptide names and inventory information, dose logs and dose history, injection sites, side effects, hydration entries, notes and reminders. Pep Bot & AI Messages If you use Pep Bot or other AI features, your messages and limited session context may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. We do not currently use Pep Bot messages or personal health data to train Peptyde-owned AI models. Subscription Information Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. We may receive subscription status, entitlement status, product identifier, renewal status, and purchase metadata. We do not receive your full payment card information. Device & Technical Information We may collect device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, performance logs, and basic diagnostics to operate and improve the App.

We use information to: • Provide, operate, and maintain Peptyde. • Create and authenticate accounts. • Sync data across devices. • Provide tracking, logging, reminder, and history features. • Provide AI features you request. • Personalise your experience. • Manage subscriptions and entitlements. • Send reminders and notifications you enable. • Respond to support requests. • Improve App functionality and reliability. • Debug issues and fix crashes. • Understand general usage patterns. • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access. • Enforce our Terms of Service. • Comply with legal obligations.

We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy. Service Providers We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate Peptyde: • Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, storage, crash reporting, and app infrastructure. • Google Gemini — Pep Bot and AI features. • RevenueCat — subscription management. • Apple App Store — iOS billing and subscriptions. • Google Play Store — Android billing and subscriptions. Legal & Safety Disclosures We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Peptyde, our users, or others. Business Transfers If Peptyde or substantially all of our assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Peptyde may collect health-related tracking data that you choose to enter through the App. This may include peptide information, dose logs, injection sites, side effects, inventory, and hydration. We do not currently sell consumer health data. We do not currently share consumer health data for targeted advertising. We do not currently use personal health data to train Peptyde-owned AI models. If we materially expand how we use or disclose consumer health data, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notices or opt-out mechanisms.

Your account and tracking data are stored on Firebase / Google Cloud servers. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users as required.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. • Account data: Retained while your account is active. • Tracking data: Retained while your account is active, unless deleted by you. • Support records: Retained as long as reasonably necessary. • Crash and performance logs: Retained for a limited period then deleted or aggregated. Upon account deletion request, active system data is deleted or deactivated within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days). Some information may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. You can manage many choices in the App, including deleting or editing tracking data, disabling AI features, and managing notifications. Peptyde is intended only for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at support@peptyde.app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be accessible within the App and at this page. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of Peptyde after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you accept the updated policy.
